• Seven Principles to Make Marriage Work:
Research-based and tested workshop for couples who want to strengthen their relationship. This seminar is for ALL couples in a committed relationship, regardless of the stage they are in. Through psychoeducation and practical exercises, during this workshop couples will improve their friendship, enhance romance and intimacy, learn to manage conflict constructively, develop skills to handle perpetual problems and create shared meaning.
• Bringing Baby Home:
Research-based and tested workshop for parents to improve the quality of life for babies and children through strengthening their families. The goal of this workshop is to equip you with the tools needed to cope with the changes that occur during the first three years of your baby’s life. This workshop is for those interested in having a baby, expecting a baby or parents of a 0-3 year old. This psychoeducational workshop will provide you with the emotional insight and tools needed in a family to create positive parent-child interactions, generate co-parenting strategies, improve communication in the family system, recognize and decrease signs of postpartum mood disorders, maintain relationship satisfaction after the baby arrives, and much more.
• Postpartum Support Group:
Group for moms with babies between 0 and 1 year old. Loneliness in motherhood can be daunting and knowing we have people that are going through the same as we are it’s very helpful in challenging times, also being able to voice your concerns with a non-judgmental group of people that will empathize with what you are going through and make you feel like you belong can significantly decrease the impact of mood disorders during a postpartum period. Join us once a week to have an easy conversation about motherhood, babies are welcome!
