Pregnancy and Couples Therapy

Today, as a Licensed Couples and Family Therapist, I walk alongside women and couples through the tender seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting and through the moments when relationships feel distant, heavy, or in need of renewal.

My role isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to hold a space where you can breathe, sort through the noise, and reconnect with yourself and each other.

Real talk:

And because I know how overwhelming this can sometimes become,
I also hold space for the harder moments too — postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, or the deep strain of a couple in crisis. With compassion and evidence-based care, I help you navigate those challenges so you don’t have to face them alone.

How I support your process

01

Working with me doesn’t feel like a formal doctor’s visit or a cold clinical setting. It feels more like a real conversation in a safe space where nothing is too small, too heavy, or too messy to bring in.

02

We all live in relationships  with our family, our partner, our community, and ourselves. When those connections feel strained, everything else feels heavier. My work starts there: helping you nurture the bonds that matter most so you can feel more grounded, supported, and fulfilled.

03

I don’t believe in “fixing” you. You are the expert in your life, and the answers you’re searching for are already within you. My role is to walk alongside you, providing tools, helping you sort through the noise and uncover your own clarity, wisdom, and strength.

A safe and human space

Centered on relationships

Compassionate, collaborative therapy

Tools for today and tomorrow

I draw from evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally. And with my specialized training in perinatal health, I bring tools designed specifically for the unique challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood.

Sometimes we untangle the hard stuff: the overwhelm, the doubts,
the distance in your relationship.
Sometimes we celebrate the wins: a laugh with your baby, a soft moment with your partner, a spark of feeling like yourself again.
Always, the goal is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected than when you walked in.

…Real support. Honest conversations. Lasting change.
