Pregnancy Support

The nursery is almost ready, your hospital bag is packed, you’ve read all the books…

But still, questions keep you awake at night. Will my body be okay? Will I know what to do? Will we be ready for the sleepless nights? What will happen to “us” when we become three?

Pregnancy is full of wonder — feeling your baby grow, imagining who they’ll be — but it also comes with change: in your body, your emotions, your routines, and even your relationship. It’s normal to feel joy and anxiety sitting side by side.

The AURA Program

A guided experience designed especially for this season. AURA helps you prepare for the four most common struggles new mothers face — with tools and practices that give you confidence, clarity, and support before your baby arrives.

Because preparing for your baby isn’t just about the crib or the car seat. It’s also about preparing your heart, your mind, and your relationship — so you can step into motherhood with calm, strength, and support.

Postpartum Support (1-3 years)

It’s easy to feel like you’re drifting apart. The brave thing? Choosing to find your way back... together.


You had your baby, and everything feels like too much. 

The dishes, the feedings, the silence, the noise. Your body is healing, your mind is racing, and your heart is trying to catch up.

You love your baby deeply, but sometimes you wonder: “Where do I go from here?”

Postpartum doesn’t end after the first year. For many mothers, the questions and struggles last well into the toddler years — exhaustion that never fully lifts, the loss of intimacy in your relationship, the pressure to “do it all,” and the quiet fear that you’ll never feel like yourself again.

You’ve done this before, but this time it feels different.

You know what’s coming, and that makes you feel both comforted and anxious. You wonder how you’ll split your love between two little ones, how your body and mind will cope again, and how your relationship will hold under the weight of even more responsibility.

Couples Support

You used to laugh more. Touch more. Talk for hours. Connect. Now, every conversation seems to turn into logistics, tension, or silence. You love each other, but you feel like roommates exhausted, misunderstood, lonely, and wondering where the “us” went. Sometimes it feels easier to avoid than to try again.

Every couple faces challenges, but when disconnection lingers, it can feel heavy and hopeless. Maybe you’re caught in the same arguments on repeat, maybe intimacy has faded, or maybe you’re simply missing the friendship and joy you once shared.

COUPLES Sessions

A safe, guided space where you can both feel heard without judgment. Using approaches like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help you untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, rebuild trust, and open the door to deeper communication and intimacy.
